Project Background:

The Life Fitness brand remained untouched for 15 years and finally after gathering stakeholder buy-in, we were able to conduct a benchmarking study and market brand research. After consultation from our agency, I partnered with our content strategist to dissect the research and translate the deep psychological findings into a tangible global brand marketing strategy.

Results:

Building upon recommendations and various psychological methods of developing a brand narrative, our two-person in-house team – with the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Creative Director – crafted the 52-page global brand strategy guidebook. Developing the details to guide the brand forward was the first step as communication and training was crucial. I spearheaded brand training and communication plans for local and international marketing teams, product management and various other business functions.

To prepare the business for success in brand rollout, I built the toolkit, online resource portal, brand usage guidelines and materials needed to successfully lift the brand from vision and strategy to implementation across the globe.

Every word, color, image and post was carefully crafted with each of the pillars and new narrative in mind, leading Life Fitness in a new transformational direction.
